In today’s world, the task of managing the internal environment is becoming as difficult as that of the external. Good personnel are hard to get, and motivating existing ones gets tougher due to the increasing number of opportunities. Adding to all this, the customer is growing increasingly sophisticated. Visioning such a scenario, we decided to innovate ways, and come up with different approaches to bring understanding, enthusiasm and excitement to the work place to achieve excellence, both personal and organizational. Our programmes are aimed at innovation, excellence, personal growth and renewal. Based on the Teaching-Learning-Community process, they are more tuned for learning than teaching. They use intensely interactive and participatory methods including role plays, simulations, experiential sessions, field visits, thematic analysis, presentations, games and debates. Most issues and ideas are dealt with at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
