Kundalini Yoga Research Institute (KYRI) is an Non-Government Organization (NGO), registration under, Govt. of India Society Regd. Act 21 of 1860, Regd. no. 2554/1981. KYRI was founded in the Feb. 1981 on Mahashivratri by Dr. Dinanath Rai (Swami Brahmgyanam) to impart yogic training to development based on traditional heritage, tantric and yogic teaching. KYRI aims to promote deeper based on traditional and classical yoga amongst people. The main vision and mission of the institute is "to empower human being with the knowledge and application of latent kundalini shakti within.ObjectivesTo act as a centre of excellence in Kundalini yoga with psychotherapy.To develop, promote and propagate the Indian Heritage and yoga.To provide and promote facilities of training, teaching and research to fulfill the above objectives.To conducts seminars and Diploma level courses in yoga and related subjects. These courses are affiliated to "The open university for complementary medicine, Sri Lanka".To provide individualized spiritual guidance to serious seekers through spiritual assessments, personalized spiritual practices.Vision & MissionHealth, Harmony and Happiness for all through Kundalini yoga with Psychotherapy.
