Govind Rao is an architect of over 25 years of experience. He graduated from college of fine arts & architecture, JNTU, Hyderabad in 1984 and did his Master’s program in Infrastructure Planning, University of Stuttgart, Germany, in 1995. He was a recipient of Louis Kahn Trophy, NASA 1983, New Delhi, while doing his architecture and he stood 1st in Town Planning (Design) among 30 students in Master’s program. He worked with eminent architects like SumitGhosh& Associates, New Delhi and Sanjay Mohe (Chandavarkar& Thacker), Bangalore. He has work experience in Gulf as well. He was anassociate Architect for the first phase of ‘South City’ group housing project,housing 10,000 people after completion. ‘South City’ was promoted by L & T and built with MIVAN technology. His works include houses, housing, hospitality, commercial and interior projects.
