The one stop solution for skill development to Career Solution for students from all streams, 10th Pass to Technical/Non-Technical Graduates, Diploma to Engineering. Idea behind IINCT: While recruiting manpower for our Sai Softnet we feel that students are not getting the proper knowledge from existing training institutes and they don't have the right skills corporates are looking for. As you know Practical Knowledge is the key factor to get a placement in IT / ITES sector. And existing training institutes are not meeting the demand for the same and students are not getting the opportunity to perform enough practical during their training program. Finally the purpose of undertaking a job oriented skill development course is not getting served and ending with losing money and time. To address these issues and to provide the high quality practical based training and ensure a job end of the training season to students the idea of IINCT arrived and after few months of proper planning we are now implementing it now.
