ARDEX ENDURA (INDIA) PVT LTD (AEIPL in short) is a joint venture between ARDEX GmbH Group, Germany and Prism Cement Limited, India. Both the partners hold 50% each of the Share Capital of the Company. Initially, the Company was incorporated with the equity and technology participation by Norcros Group based in UK. Ardex Group acquired the adhesive division of Norcros Group in 2001. As a result, AEIPL (formerly, BAL ENDURA ADHESIVES (INDIA) PVT LTD) came to be associated with ARDEX Group of Germany and the name of the Company was changed in line with this. The Associate Company, ARDEX BETEILIGUNGS GmbH holds 50% of the paid up capital of AEIPL. The balance 50% is held by Prism Cement Ltd. The brands ‘BAL ENDURA’ and ‘ARDEX ENDURA’ are synonymous in Indian market and they are the Corporate Brands of the Company.
