PEDIA CARE CLINIC was started to give excellent child and adoloscent health care, primary goal as prevention from illness, by educating mothers in nutrional aspects, hygiene for both parents and kids, possible prevention of diseases through immunizations. Dr T Vijayakumar, having completed his MBBS from the prestigious Madras Medical College went to do his Diploma in child health in INSTITUTE OF CHILD HEALTH, Egmore (Madras Medical College). He has special qualification in pediadric nutrition from BOSTON University (USA). He has been practicing as a neonatologist and a pediatrician for more than 10 years in leading hospitals. His expertise lies in Level III management of newborns including skilled procedures like resuscitation, Central lines, HFO, Nitric Oxide therapy, blood exchange transfusions etc. He has been successfully handling neonates from 600grams weight onwards. He was trained by eminent professors from institute of child health egmore, and vast knowledge & EXPERIENCE IN LEVEL 3 Neonatology from various Senior Neonatologist in Chennai (Dr. Deepa Hariharan, Dr. K. Githa, Dr. Gnanabalan). He was working as junior consultant in very busy level 3 NICU in Sooriya Hospital, Saligramam and Prasanth Hospital, Chetpet. Currently he was working as senior consultant Neonatologist and Peditrician in Prasanth Super Speciality Hospital, Velachery, operating a very successful State of the Art 15 bedded LEVEL 3 NICU and Paediatric deparment.
