Homoeo bhavan is a multi specialty homoeo clinic started by Dr.K.KARUNAKARAN (R.H.M.P) in 1950, in the name of AMERICAN HOMOEO HOME, in Kerala. He was a retired army man. He started his practice in Kerala, later he went to Nagoore in Tamil Nadu where he practiced more than 15 years till 1983. He register his name as a medical practitioner in Tamil Nadu Homoeopathic medical council in 1975. Till his 87th year he practiced homoeopathy and treated many patients. His son Dr.K.Mohanan (D.H.M). joined in Kerala government medical service as a medical officer, and he was retired as a District medical officer. he is practicing in Kallathu junction, Alleppy, Kerala. His daughter Dr.R.PANKAJAM, (R.H.M.P) was started her practice in Nagoore in 1967, she is a registered medical practitioner of Tamil Nadu Homoeopathic medical council. She passed away in 2005 November 27. His son-in-law, Dr. M. G. Ramalingam (R.H.M.P), started his practice from 1973 in Nagoore (Tamilnadu), He changed the clinic name from American homoeo home to HOMOEO BHAVAN, later from 1983 he has been practicing in Villivakkam, Chennai.
