Executive Director-HR (SGF Enterprises India Pvt Ltd)(2003- Present). After a corporate stint with Tata Teleservices for 4 years I decided to join SGF Enterprises India Pvt Ltd which was engaged in the domestic and international BPO business over the years and has been providing outsourced support services and Training executives in business verticals such as Telecom, Banking, Finance & Insurance. As a co-founder of SGF Enterprises, was instrumental in exponential growth of the company from a startup to the state of 1000+ employees. During this journey, the focus was to establish best practices in the areas of talent acquisition and strategy, organizational design and development, workforce planning, Quality, Training, coaching and overall employee experience. With the ideology that training and coaching is essential to the achievements of a business and that it’s most positive benefit is better employees I floated a company in 2015 for corporate training and Executive coaching. A company develops the potential of an employee, and part of the way a company encourages improvement is through training and coaching. Often, good training is just asimportant as a good benefits package for an employee. I have successfully completed many internal training and coaching programs and also conducted external programs for organizations. Throughout the corporate training endeavors I have also been practicing and implementing concepts of NLP.
