Its head quarters is located in prestigious Raj Bhavan Road, Hyderabad with its branches at Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Kakinada, Nellore and Tirupathi, headed by Branch Managers and other Field Staff. A training centre is located at Shamirpet (Outskirts of Hyderabad) to give intensive training to the selected candidates from all over India and Nepal.
