In order to help accelerate Machine Learning, we have designed a course, which will be of 5 weeks in duration. The sessions will be taken by faculty with rich Analytics experience in financial services and e-commerce companies. Learners will be guided through Real-world case studies across major domains. By the end of this course, learners will be confident in using R for Machine Learning and will be able to identify a use case of Machine learning in their current work with guidance from faculty. The course fee would be Rs 15,000 only. Batch size: Max of 6 people per batch to ensure that personalized coaching is possible Course Structure: Week 1 - Introduction to R and data analysis Saturday: Basic syntax in R Sunday: Exploratory Data analysis using R Case studies: univariate/ Bivariate analysis of iris dataset Week 2 - Writing user defined functions and visualization in R Saturday: Processing structured/ un-structured data sets Sunday: Data Visualization -- ggplot, googlevis Case studies: Word cloud formation, Creating maps Week 3 - The basics of Machine Learning Saturday: Supervised Learning - Linear and Logistic regressions Sunday: unsupervised Learning - Clustering Case studies: Predicting customer churn, Creating social network rings Week 4 - Advanced Machine Learning Saturday: Under the hood of Decision Tree, Random Forests Sunday: Ensemble techniques Case studies: Ensemble Learning in prediction, Calculating Credit Risk score Week 5 - Other Industry applications Saturday: Recommender Systems, Data driven marketing Sunday: Text Mining, Inventory Management case studies: Forecasting Sales, Customer segmentation
