Brushing of carpets and removal of stains. Sweeping and wet mopping of all floors and staircases twice daily with detergents. Thorough cleaning of toilets 4 times a day with necessary chemicals. Cleaning of all desktops and cabins. Cleaning of AC room. Cleaning of Meeting / Conference Rooms before and after every meeting. Cleaning of entrance & exit glasses hourly. Sweeping of the compound once a day. Wiping and cleaning of wooden, formica and glass surfaces. Cleaning of plant pots and removal of stagnant water. Removal of Cobwebs. Cleaning of window sill & frame. Collection and refilling of drinking water bottles. Tea / Coffee to be prepared & distributed at 10.00 a.m. & 3.00 pm 2] CLEANING & MAINTENANCE (WEEKLY / MONTHLY) Internal & External cleaning of window panels. Cleaning of venation blinds. Sweepers with uniforms will be provided for eight hours duty daily for day-to-day work, they will keep the premises neat & clean.
