Rajesh Srivastava & Co. was founded in 2012 by Mr. Rajesh Srivastava, who is the sole Proprietor thereof and who has over 13 years of experience as a lawyer. He was born on 14th October 1961 to parents who were Central government servants. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bombay University in the year 1993. Having a keen bent over the legal system and with life full of enthusiasm he studied law from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law situated at Ville Parle, Mumbai. He obtained his LL.B. Degree from Mumbai University in 1997 and got himself enrolled as an advocate in the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa on 13th October 1998.He has a great interest in sports and extra-curricular activities and has won many certificates in swimming, running, boxing, debate, and public speaking. Rajesh Srivastava worked as a junior advocate under the able guidance of Shri Anil Mehta in the Borivali Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court at Borivali. Over a period of time he developed interest in Criminal Courts and worked with leading lawyers like Ashok Mundergi, Sudeep Pasbola, Mahesh Kotian, Jayesh Kanani and others. He regularly appears before the Metropolitan Magistrate’s Courts and Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court all over Mumbai and also the Bombay City Civil and Session’s Courts of Mumbai and also the Bombay High Court. Rajesh Srivastava & Co. has a vast base in Mumbai and has reputed clients such as builders, bankers, companies and individuals having huge networks.
